Segundo álbum que tras su fracaso con su primer disco, decidieron
contar con la producción de George Clinton (Funkadelic y Parliament).
El disco mezclaba la actitud del punk junto al funk, añadiendo vientos.
Además, la banda volvió con Hillel Slovak tras despedir a Jack Sherman.

El disco contiene buenas canciones como "Jungle Man","Hollywood (Africa)" (donde Maceo Parker es el que toca el solo de saxo), "The Brothers Cup", "Catholic School Girls Rule" o "Yertle the Turtle".

Pese a no ser un disco muy comercial, se le considera un disco con los
primeros clásicos de la banda y un buen disco que mezcla funk-rock.
